Start with one small change.

These walkthroughs describe working pilot tools. Reading a step does not save, publish or download anything. The interactive editing demo is separate and stays in your browser tab.

Task 1

Change service times

Open church setup → Gathering. Enter the service times visitors need. Save the private draft, then open Review and preview. Publish these settings only when ready.

Task 2

Share an announcement

Choose a starter or copy a saved announcement as a new draft. Replace example wording and check dates. Preview before confirming publication. Emergency priority is reserved for owners.

Task 3

Add an event

Enter the name, location and start/end times in the event time zone. Preview, then confirm publication. If plans change, use cancellation so visitors can see the change. Calendar files are snapshots, not automatic updates.

Task 4

Share a recording

Paste an HTTPS link to a recording your church has permission to share. Add the speaker, date and accessible notes. Save a draft or preview and publish. Visitors can search titles, speakers and notes; staff can filter by status.

Task 5

Choose a theme

Open Your look in setup. Preview Heritage, Sunday Bulletin or Harbor using your saved content. Return to select and save the choice. Review and publish when you are happy with it.

Task 6

Recover and keep a copy

Restore settings into a private draft, or recover an announcement/event version as a separate draft. Check dates before publishing again. Owners can download combined content, separate data exports or a portable homepage. None is a full database restore tool.
