Share a sermon or message

Open Sermons & messages from Church home. Use Find a message to search a title, speaker or words in the notes. Staff can filter All messages, Drafts, Published or Archived. Visitors can search published messages only. Lists show 20 messages per page; use Next page and Previous page to browse older messages. Clear search resets the filters. Search matches the text you type, not synonyms or misspellings. Owners and editors can add a title, message date, optional speaker and written notes, and a complete HTTPS recording link. Save privately or preview and confirm publication. The date describes the message; it does not schedule publication. Use only recordings your church has permission to share. Check captions or add useful written notes. Visitors open the recording on an external website; ChapelOS does not upload, embed or check it. Archiving hides a message while keeping it in administration. Saving a published message as draft also hides it. Viewers cannot edit. Owners can download message data separately, including links and notes but not media files. Settings backups and generated packages exclude saved messages. Import and revision recovery are not available yet.

1. 1 Copy the recording link from your video or audio host and check it works without signing in.
2. 2 Add the title, date and helpful notes. Preview, then confirm publication. Unsaved preview changes are lost if you leave.
3. 3 Use Edit message to update or archive. If another volunteer saved first, reload before making a change. Keep a separate message export and media backups.
