ChapelOS and your church

m2Dev LLC, 809 SW A St., Ste 105, Bentonville, AR 72712, provides ChapelOS website software. ChapelOS support is available at support@chapelos.net. Your church is responsible for permission to publish its content, accuracy of its public information, and appropriate staff access. Do not upload unlawful material, expose private member records, or interfere with another church.

Prices and renewals

The software costs $149 once. Year one of software service is included; a required $19.99 annual software fee begins on the first anniversary. Continued use of hosted or downloaded software requires an active annual software subscription after that included year. The $149 software purchase has a 30-day refund window from purchase; contact us to request a refund. Optional ChapelOS hosting is $4.99 per month from signup. Domains, applicable taxes, and optional quoted assistance are separate.

Hosting and downloads

Hosted and self-hosted customers will use different setup paths. The downloadable edition is currently a developer preview. Self-hosted operators are responsible for their hosting account, authentication, deployment, and backups. Custom domain self-service is not yet available. We do not promise unlimited resources or guaranteed uptime.

Support and demonstrations

Demo churches and people are fictional. The help widget provides documentation search, not AI advice. Planned features are not a promise of availability.

Decisions still required

Before live sales, the owner must approve license scope and transfer rights, renewal notices, the process and timing for restricting unlicensed software while preserving church data, cancellation timing, refund handling for annual and hosting fees, hosting limits, export and deletion windows, liability provisions, dispute terms, and governing law. These decisions have not been invented here.
