Owners can create up to 10 general inquiry forms with one to three custom text questions, optional reply email and a required privacy notice. Save a private draft, expand Preview saved questions, then confirm Open form. The church website must also be public before visitors can submit. Editing an open form closes it until you preview and reopen it. Answers go to an owner-only inbox; no emails, automatic replies or newsletter enrollments are sent. Check it regularly. Mark reviewed after reading; this does not reply. The pilot accepts 500 total responses per church, including reviewed responses. A full inbox stops accepting answers with a clear message. Contact support for removal requests; automatic deletion and self-service removal are not available yet. Use only general inquiries, not health, confidential pastoral, financial or child information. State your actual use and retention practice in the notice before opening a form. Separate private JSON exports include form definitions, answers, reply emails and accepted notices; store them securely. Combined content exports, settings backups and software packages exclude these records. There is no form import or restore.

  1. 1 Write a clear title, up to three questions, and an accurate privacy notice. Choose which answers are required.
  2. 2 Save the draft, preview it, and confirm Open form. Share the form address or use the homepage connection link.
  3. 3 Check Forms & church inbox, review answers, and follow up separately if appropriate. Closing a form stops new responses without removing earlier answers.
