Open Your weekly website check-in from Church home. Your team shares four reviews: service times, announcements, visitor preview and settings backup. Check the relevant page first, then confirm and record your review. Simply clicking a link does not mark anything done. Owners handle settings and backups; owners and editors can review announcements and the website; viewers can read the checklist. A fresh checklist starts each Monday in the church time zone. A review records a person’s confirmation, not a guarantee that later edits are correct. Reopen a task after changes. Backup confirmation means you checked the saved file yourself; ChapelOS cannot see your downloads folder. Checklist reviews are not included in the settings backup.

1. 1 Open each task and check the actual details.
2. 2 Return to the checklist, select the confirmation and record your review.
3. 3 If another volunteer saved first, review the latest status before trying again. Reopen a completed task when it needs another look.
