A domain is an address such as yourchurch.org. A ChapelOS address would look like chapelos.net/your-church. DNS cannot point a domain directly to that URL path. Custom domains require ownership verification, hostname mapping, and a secure certificate. Self-service domain connection is not available yet. Keep your current website and email records until a migration is verified.

  2. 2 Record existing website and email settings.
  3. 3 Contact support before changing DNS. Never send your registrar password.
